Cancellation Policy

Session bookings are final sale and cannot be cancelled, rebooked, or rescheduled online. Flex, Elite 25, and Elite 30 members may request rebooking or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the session, subject to availability and HAC approval. If HAC cancels a session, HAC will arrange a replacement.
