Haldimand Athletics Club 4v4 Shinny is designed to provide a fast-paced, competitive, and safe hockey environment with increased puck touches, quick transitions, and continuous action.
Unless specifically modified below, all Hockey Canada playing rules will apply. The following Haldimand Athletics Club rules take precedence where they differ from standard Hockey Canada penalty procedures.

Games are played 4-on-4 at even strength.
